  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform
  • Device and browser information for security and performance purposes

  • To provide, operate, and improve the TravelDsk platform
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, reminders)

4. AI Processing

TravelDsk uses Anthropic Claude AI to generate proposals, itineraries, and business documents. Content you submit as prompts may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI content generation
  • Vercel — platform hosting and infrastructure

Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver their service and is bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
