By accessing or using TravelDsk (operated by TravelDsk, "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
TravelDsk is a travel business operating system that provides tools for client relationship management, booking management, AI-powered proposal and itinerary generation, invoice management, supplier management, and related services for travel professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TravelDsk. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and are using the platform for lawful business purposes.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@traveldsk.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
TravelDsk offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (c) transmit viruses or harmful code; (d) scrape or copy the platform's content or data without permission; (e) resell or sublicense access to the platform; or (f) use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
TravelDsk uses AI to generate proposals, itineraries, and business documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients or third parties. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to TravelDsk. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The TravelDsk platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TravelDsk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
TravelDsk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelDsk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TravelDsk, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@traveldsk.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of TravelDsk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TravelDsk is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
